Important Note: Our success-based fee structure means you only pay after we successfully settle your debts. If we can't reach settlements with your creditors, you don't owe us anything.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to provide the services outlined in your agreement
- Technical Issues: If platform malfunctions prevent access to agreed services
- Billing Errors: If incorrect charges are made to your account
- Program Cancellation: If you cancel before services are rendered
Non-Refundable Items
Certain fees and charges are non-refundable:
- Fees for services already completed and delivered
- Third-party costs (court fees, government charges, etc.)
- Administrative fees for account setup and maintenance
- Consultation fees (if applicable)
Debt Settlement Service Refunds
Our debt settlement services operate on a success-based model:
- Pre-Settlement: If you cancel before any settlements are reached, you may be eligible for a full refund of any fees paid
- Partial Settlement: If only some debts are settled, fees are adjusted proportionally
- Post-Settlement: Once settlements are finalized and funds distributed, services are considered complete
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- You will receive a written response with our decision
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:
- Request a review by our Customer Relations Manager
- Provide additional information or documentation
- If still unsatisfied, you may request mediation through our third-party dispute resolution service
