• Program Cancellation: If you cancel before services are rendered

Non-Refundable Items

Certain fees and charges are non-refundable:

• Fees for services already completed and delivered

Guidance Service Refunds

• Before Engagement: If you decide not to proceed after the initial consultation, there are no charges
